
ASHLY NIKKOLE DAVIS
SECRETARY
Ashly Nikkole Davis is a current associate in the Government Enforcement & White Collar Crime practice group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she represents institutional and individual clients in a variety of criminal, regulatory and complex civil disputes. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Communication and a B.S. in Business Administration. She is also a graduate of Stanford Law School.
A native of San Francisco, Ashly Nikkole has distinguished herself by upholding her personal philosophy: "To whom much is given, much is required." During her time at Stanford, she dedicated her time to working with the Stanford Three Strikes Project, a pro bono legal organization devoted to addressing the excessive sentences imposed under California's Three Strikes sentencing scheme. Through this organization, she represented clients serving life sentences and assisted in collaborating with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund in the 2012 passage of Proposition 36, which modified elements of California’s Three Strikes Law. Outside of her practice, she continues to explore her passions of law, business and social justice.
