Jennifer Smith is practicing law in both New York State and New Hampshire. She is a lawyer in the Legal Department of the City of Portsmouth, New Hampshire and also the Executive Director of the Equity in Law and Diversity Fund, a NY-based nonprofit working to promote access to justice for underrepresented peoples and to diversify the legal profession through strategic partnerships and mentoring opportunities. In her nearly two decades working in both the public and private sectors, Jennifer’s experience also includes the business of law as the former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of a midsize firm.
